"Shipping took really too long"
The order itself was fine, but the delivery was really slow. The tracking barely updated the whole time, and it ended up arriving much later than I expected. I’m really not sure I’d order again after that

"Didn’t really get help with my order issue"
I had a problem with my order and reached out to yeegolife support a few times. The replies took a while, and when they did come through, they felt copy-pasted and didn’t really answer what I was asking, haha.
In the end, nothing actually got sorted out, and I just felt like I was being passed around. Not the best experience, so I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I had a problem with my order that shouldn’t have happened in the first place, and it was frustrating. To be fair, support did reply quickly and got it sorted without too much back and forth, but I’m still annoyed that I had to chase them over something they messed up.

I tried to return my order and, it was kind of a headache. I waited days to hear back and wasn’t really sure if anyone was even looking into it. Maybe I just got unlucky, but after that experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Wouldn’t Buy This Again"
In the end, I wouldn’t buy it again. I ordered from yeegolife.com and was disappointed because the product only seemed to work properly for about a day. After that, it started acting up and didn’t really do what it was supposed to do. It also felt kind of cheap, so for the money, it just wasn’t worth it for me

"Feels cheaper than other options I’ve tried"
I ordered from yeegolife.com hoping it would be decent, but the quality was disappointing. The material felt thin and kind of flimsy right out of the package, and it didn’t look as good as I expected from the photos. I’ve bought similar products from other sites before for around the same price, and those held up way better. This one started coming apart after just a few uses, so I definitely wouldn’t order it again...

I found the site simple to use overall. I’m not always the quickest with finding stuff online, so I feel like if I was able to get around and find what I needed without much trouble, that says a lot.

"Install was way harder than I expected"
I bought this from yeegolife.com thinking the install would be straightforward, but it turned into a bit of a mess. The instructions weren’t very clear, and a few steps felt like they were just missing, so I kept having to stop, guess, and figure out what was supposed to go where.
It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and even now, I’m not totally sure it’s fitted right. Maybe if you’re really handy, you’d be fine, but for an average person, this is definitely not an easy install

"Pretty much exactly what I expected"
I ordered from yeegolife.com, and the product was just like it was described on the page. The size, color, and little details all matched up, which I was kind of relieved about because sometimes online orders are confusing and you’re not totally sure what’s going to show up. But yeah, no weird surprises when it arrived. I’m happy with it and would probably buy from them again.

The checkout process was kind of annoying. I tried to pay and it just kept loading like it was thinking about it forever. I waited, refreshed, tried again, and then it finally went through after a retry. Not the end of the world, but come on — paying should be the easiest part

I picked up a few things from Yeego last year, i kind of regret not ordering more at the time. They’ve held up really well over the past few months. One piece did get a little scratched, but nothing has broken or fallen apart. Overall, I’m happy with the quality so far.

"Refund process has been really frustrating"
I asked for a refund the whole thing has been more annoying than it needed to be. The replies have been slow, and when I do hear back, it feels like I’m just getting excuses instead of a clear update. Maybe it’s fine if you never need customer support, but based on my refund experience, I’m still waiting for my money back and it’s been frustrating.

I really feel like I paid way too much for what I actually got. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but for the cost, there should be a basic level of value and fairness. This just didn’t feel worth the money at all.

"Warranty support was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I had an issue with my item and figured the warranty would be straightforward, but it turned into a whole headache. Support took forever to get back to me, and every time they did, they asked for the same details I’d already sent. At one point I remember sitting there re-uploading the receipt again while my coffee had gone completely cold, which for some reason really stuck with me. In the end, I never got a clear answer, replacement, or actual fix. It felt like they were just hoping I’d get tired and drop it

To be fair, maybe there was some kind of delay or issue with the carrier, but my tracking never updated at all and I couldn’t get a reply from support. I kept checking for any kind of update and finally reached out, but no one got back to me. Frustrating experience overall

"Site felt unfinished to me"
When I first landed on the website, I felt like I had clicked into something that wasn’t fully finished yet. The design seemed kind of messy, and I had a hard time figuring out where to look or what to click next. A few sections felt outdated, and the layout gave me the impression that things were just dropped onto the page without much planning.
I also noticed the colors and fonts didn’t really work well together, which made the product pages feel less clean than I expected. I was hoping for a more polished experience, but my first impression wasn’t great. It came across as a bit cheap, and it didn’t really make me feel confident about trusting the site.
